Scope of work

What we do, stated plainly.

We build the buyer channels a company never turned on, run them until they produce pipeline, then give them back. Below is the scope, written the way we would write it into an engagement.

Specification
Input

The buyer map

We look at which channels you run today and which sit dark. We read your public record the way a buyer and an assistant would read it, and we ask the assistants themselves who they recommend in your category.

You get a short written read: what runs, what is idle, and where an engine would fit. It also sets the baseline we agree with you before any work starts.

Core layer

Outbound, one person at a time

We choose the accounts that look like your best clients and the people inside them who make the decision. Each message is researched for one real person and written for that person. A human reviews it before it goes.

Contact is consent based. Anyone who asks us to stop is never contacted again. We do not buy a list and blast it.

Authority layer

A record worth finding

Outbound works better when the buyer checks you and finds substance. We build that substance: press in the places your buyers read, video that explains the work, and a site that answers the questions buyers actually ask before they call.

Answer engines

Search and AI shortlists

We structure your pages so classic search and AI assistants can parse what you do and who you serve. Clear statements, consistent facts about the company, and answers written as answers. The goal is simple: when a buyer asks for a shortlist, your name is on it.

Operation

We staff it and run it

We do the work, not a slide about the work. We operate the channels, tune them on what buyers do, and report against the baseline we agreed at the start.

Output

Handover

When the channels produce pipeline, you take the whole system. The playbook, the data, the sequences, and your own people trained to run them. You own it outright. We do not stay embedded as a permanent dependency.

Out of scope

What we will not do

We will not sell you every channel. The buyer map decides what gets built, and if one channel is enough, we build one. We will not send volume for its own sake, and we will not write anything a person on our side has not read.

Tell us about your company and we will prepare a buyer map. No pitch deck, no obligation.
